SHAUN PADGETT

Shaun founded Padgett Medical Center in 2009 after running a local personal injury clinic and perusing a degree in nursing. Shaun has a strong healthcare background. He attended nursing school and then did not finish due to the opening of Padgett Medical Center. His mission is to provide quality healthcare to patients at a reasonable price. He has a passion for providing and helping patients achieve their dream body. In his spare time, Shaun loves being on the racetrack, taking walks in nature, and kayaking. Shaun enjoys his time off vacationing with his wife and 3 dogs.

DR. JOSE DIAZ

Medical Director
Tampa/Ocala

Dr. Diaz has been with Padgett Medical Center since 2019. Dr.Diaz has over 42 years of experience as a physician with a specialty in nuclear medicine and sonography. Dr. Diaz has specialized experience with thyroid disorders and owned a thyroid clinic in the past. He completed training in Adult ADHD, medical marijuana, and joint injections. When he is not practicing medicine, he spends time with his wife, daughter, and dogs.

ASHLEY PADGETT

Ashley joined Padgett Medical Center in 2014. She was previously In corporate America for 15 years. She helped to streamline the processes at Padgett Medical Center. Ashley has a passion for aesthetics and weight loss. When she is not at the office, she spends time with her 3 fur babies and husband Shaun.

Katie brings joy and kindness to the Padgett team. Katie has over 27 years of experience in the medical field as a Nurse Practitioner. She brings her experience and caring bedside manner to Padgett Medical Center. In Katie's spare time she enjoys attending concerts, football games, and vacations with her family. Katie specializes in seeing the VA patients at Padgett Medical Center. She enjoys working with veterans especially since her husband is also a veteran. Our veterans enjoy Katie's caring personality.

Nurse Practitioner

Sarah is a Florida native growing up in Land o’ Lakes. She graduated from St. Thomas University. Sarah worked for Moffitt Cancer Center previously and she also worked in home healthcare. Her previous positions have set her up for success with providing excellent patient care. Sarah has a personal passion for health and fitness. When she is not working Sarah enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs and traveling with her fiancé.

Tiarra has a super sweet personality! She enjoys educating patients on all of our programs. She loves dogs! When she is not working, Tiarra spends her spare time with her nephews and long-time boyfriend.

Kylie has a very bubbly personality and is always smiley. She brings fun to the Ocala office. Kylie enjoys working at the front desk and she does a great job handling all of the new patients. When Kylie is not at the office, she enjoys going out with her friends and spending time with family.
