What does Sarah Weir treat?

Sarah sees patients for medical weight loss with personalized compounded semaglutide or personalized compounded tirzepatide, for phentermine weight loss, and for adult ADHD and ADD.

Each program's page has its full prices and details. Below is what your first visit with her looks like in each one.

Can you see Sarah in person or by telehealth?

Both. In person, you see Sarah at our clinic at 200 SW 8th St A, Ocala, FL 34471. The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

By telehealth, you can see her from anywhere in Florida, as long as you are in Florida at the time of the visit. Your first adult ADHD visit is the one visit that is always in person, and phentermine by telehealth has two extra requirements, explained below.

What happens at your first visit with Sarah?

It depends on the program you come in for.

Medical weight loss

Personalized compounded semaglutide or personalized compounded tirzepatide

Your first visit can be in person or by telehealth. If a weekly injection is right for you, Sarah personalizes your dose and adjusts it with you over time, and your medication is shipped to your door in Florida.

You get clear instructions for your exact medication. Tell Sarah about any side effects, and never change your dose yourself.

The monthly price is your medication. Your provider visit is $100 and is free when you start medication at that visit; the only other charge is a $50 no-show fee.

Personalized compounded semaglutide starts at $149 a month and personalized compounded tirzepatide at $229 a month, at the starting dose. See every dose on the personalized compounded semaglutide and personalized compounded tirzepatide pages.

Phentermine

An FDA-approved appetite suppressant pill

Phentermine is an FDA-approved generic appetite suppressant pill and a Schedule IV controlled substance. It is labeled for short-term use alongside a reduced-calorie diet, exercise and behavior change.

Your first visit includes an evaluation, and your blood pressure is checked at your visits. For a telehealth visit, you need a valid Florida driver's license or state ID and a picture of a recent blood pressure reading before the visit. Without a Florida ID, your phentermine visit is in person.

Your first month is $196, or $127.40 when you book online with a card on file (35% off). That price is for new patients and includes your visit, your first month of phentermine and a B12 injection. Monthly refills are $166, including your monthly visit, the medication and a B12 injection.

Adult ADHD

A 30-minute evaluation, in person in Ocala

Your first visit is a 30-minute evaluation, always in person at our Ocala clinic. Sarah asks about your symptoms, how long you have had them (including in childhood) and how they affect your work and home life. She also goes over your health history, the medications you take and any prior records.

Treatment may include medication, chosen with Sarah, and strategies that do not involve medication. No medication or diagnosis is promised in advance. Any medication is filled at your own pharmacy and is not part of the visit fee.

Florida law (s. 893.055, Florida Statutes) has prescribers check E-FORCSE, the state's prescription drug monitoring program, before prescribing many controlled substances.

Your first visit is $260, or $169 when you book online with a card on file (35% off), for new patients. Follow-up visits are $136, in person or by telehealth while you are in Florida.

How do you book a visit with Sarah?

Online. Nothing is charged when you book, and the clinic holds your visit with a card on file. You can book without a card, but your appointment is not confirmed until our staff reach you by phone.

There are no contracts. Besides your visit and medication prices, the only other charge is a $50 no-show fee if you don't show, or don't cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. It can be applied to your next visit.

Have a question first? Book a free consultation: a free 15-minute phone call with the medical staff; it is not a visit with the provider and nothing is prescribed on it.
