Pricing coming soon

  • A provider visit comes first.
  • Your plan, and its cost, follow that visit.
  • In person in Ocala or by telehealth.

Your provider: Sarah Weir, APRN.

Every plan begins with a provider visit, and peptide therapy in Ocala lays out the full program. Pricing has not been posted yet: your provider goes over what your plan would cost at that visit, and there is no contract to sign. To get started, request a peptide visit online or call (352) 369-0104, and the team follows up to set a time.

What do Lady Lake adults use peptides for?

The six line up with four everyday goals. BPC-157 and TB-500 are the pair people ask about most for recovery from strains and achy joints; KPV is asked about for irritated skin and gut comfort; MOTS-c is studied for metabolism and exercise; and Epitalon and Semax come up for sleep, healthy aging and focus. Whether one fits you is something your provider decides with you after reviewing your health.

Which peptides come up for work that keeps you lifting or on your feet?

The recovery pair. In rats and mice, BPC-157, a 15-amino-acid peptide also known as Bepecin or PL-14736, was reported to help injured tendons, ligaments and muscle mend and to protect the gut lining. TB-500, reported to be seven amino acids long, is thought to mimic the actin-binding stretch of thymosin beta-4, the part that lab and animal research ties to helping cells move into damaged tissue. Neither has solid research in people, so either one would be one part of a plan built on rest and rehab, never a stand-in for it.

Where do residents on the Lady Lake side of The Villages stay active?

One regional hub is La Hacienda Recreation, at 1200 Avenida Central. Hacienda is among the ten villages District government lists in its Lady Lake and Lake County section, alongside Orange Blossom Gardens, Silver Lake and others. The center's sports pool hosts water volleyball, there are pickleball and tennis courts, outdoor exercise and fishing are on its amenity list, and the veranda looks out over Lake Mira Mar, where radio-controlled boats race.

Can MOTS-c help me lose weight?

No one can say yet: it is studied for metabolism, but it has never been tested for weight loss in people. Its 16 amino acids are encoded in mitochondrial DNA, in a region called 12S rRNA. In animal studies it helped muscle respond to insulin and take up glucose, kept mice on a high-fat diet from gaining weight, and improved physical performance in young and older mice. For weight goals, our weight-loss programs and personalized compounded tirzepatide in Lady Lake are the place to start.

Is KPV a cream for irritated skin?

It is most often proposed as one, a cream or gel for the skin, though your provider decides the form. KPV is just three amino acids, lysine, proline and valine, the last three of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, which the body uses to help regulate inflammation. Lab and animal studies suggest anti-inflammatory and wound-healing effects, which is also why people ask about it for gut comfort. It has not been studied in people and does not replace treatment for eczema or colitis.

Can Epitalon help me sleep through the night?

People use it to support restful sleep, though no one can promise it will help you sleep through. Epitalon is a four-amino-acid peptide (alanine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid and glycine) linked to the pineal gland, and it is also asked about for healthy aging. Its research is early: small studies of night-shift workers measured melatonin and the body clock, animal studies reported longer lifespans, and in lab work on human cells it lengthened telomeres. Lingering sleep trouble deserves a look for causes such as sleep apnea or a medication first.

Is Semax a focus aid for a long commute or a busy shift?

People use it to support focus, memory and mental clarity, but it does not treat ADHD or any focus disorder. Semax is a nasal spray modeled on ACTH(4-10), a piece of a hormone your body makes, with three amino acids changed. Russia registers it as a medicine and its researchers have studied it for stroke, while rat studies tied it to higher BDNF in the hippocampus and better memory. If concentration has always been a struggle, adult ADHD care looks at that properly.

Why does the provider ask about my regular checkups?

Because your health history decides whether any peptide fits, and most adults in town already keep up with a yearly checkup. CDC's PLACES model estimates that 86.0% of Lady Lake adults had a routine checkup in the past year as of 2023, above Lake County's 79.9%. Bring what those visits found and a list of every medication you take. Mention pregnancy or breastfeeding too: BPC-157, for one, has not been studied in either.

What happens after I send a request from Lady Lake?

The team reaches out to schedule your visit with Sarah Weir, APRN, at the Ocala clinic or by telehealth while you are in Florida. She reviews your goals, health history and medications and tells you plainly whether a peptide makes sense. If one does, she writes the prescription and decides its form, whether an injection under the skin, a cream or a Semax nasal spray, and a state-licensed pharmacy compounds it just for you. Check-ins follow; report anything new right away.

What should I know about safety and sports testing?

Plainly: the six peptides are not FDA-approved, and most have little or no research in people. FDA has raised a concern that injected peptides can provoke immune reactions, and it noted that in mice Semax amplified amphetamine-driven dopamine release, a response it calls typical of drugs of abuse. BPC-157, TB-500 and MOTS-c are prohibited under the World Anti-Doping Agency's list, so anyone tested in a sport should leave them alone.

Do The Villages and Leesburg have peptide pages too?

Yes. Peptide therapy in The Villages covers the Sumter County side of that community, about 34 minutes from the clinic without traffic. Peptide therapy in Leesburg covers the Lake County city south of you on US 27/441, a longer trip of around 51 minutes.

Peptide therapy questions from Lady Lake

Do I have to drive to Ocala for my first peptide visit?

No. The first visit can be by telehealth from home, as long as you are physically in Florida while it happens. If you would rather meet in person, the clinic on SW 8th Street is about 38 minutes north without traffic and keeps weekday hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Can I get KPV for my eczema?

Not as a treatment. KPV has not been studied in people and is not a therapy for eczema or any diagnosed skin condition, so the care your own doctor set up stays in place. Your provider can talk with you about whether KPV might add support alongside that care, and what to realistically expect.

How long does a peptide take to work?

No study in people sets a timeline for any of the six, and responses vary from person to person. Your provider schedules check-ins, asks how you are doing, and decides with you whether to continue, change course or stop. Be wary of anyone who promises a result by a certain date.

Is there a charge to talk before I book?

No. Our free 15-minute phone call puts you in touch with the medical staff for questions about peptides; it is not a provider visit, and nothing is prescribed on it. Peptide pricing itself is coming soon, and your provider explains what your plan costs when you meet.

BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, Epitalon and Semax are compounded drugs that have not been approved by the FDA. They have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. State-licensed pharmacies compound them for individual prescriptions under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' enforcement discretion policy of October 30, 2026, which is not an FDA approval. Individual results vary.
